A charming Mk1 Wolseley 1500....off the road for many years but, luckily, stored under cover so in good solid condition. Offering some history, we believe this to be a genuine 2-owner vehicle with the car spending most of its life in Sussex and last gracing the road in 1979.

The car has been mechanically fully recommissioned and now drives just as intended! Works carried out include:
- engine strip, re-bore and rebuild including unleaded valves and new rocker shaft
- new clutch
- new clutch master and slave cylinders
- new brake master cylinder
- new brake shoes all round
- new brake pipes and hoses
- gearbox oil drain and re-filled
- new battery
- new points and spark plugs
- new control box and refurbished dynamo
- new windscreen seals
- new tubeless tyres

The interior is beautifully presented, retaining its original charm but sympathetically freshened with new carpets, restored dashtop wood and door cappings, door seals, windscreen seals and headlining. The seats have been recolonised and runners rebuilt offering a regal ride both back and front.

Chrome work is great with bumpers, door handles, hinges etc. professionally rechromed. The original number plates have been stripped and repainted.

Having been dry stored for many years the body work is in general good condition throughout. The paintwork is presentable although average in a few places and the new owner may wish to touch-up or respray to bring this classic up to A1 condition.

Once a common sight these 1500's are now becomming few and far between. This is a great example in really nice condition. Recently MOT'd until April 2022
