Meticulous in its build quality this GBS Zero has hardly turned a wheel since its completion in 2016. No expense has been spared in creating a car that is, without doubt, an absolute one-off and is ready to go for track, fast road use or even as a daily drive!

Built on a full space frame chassis with a steel floor the Zero has an incredibly strong core. This is augmented by body panels that are bonded on making a fully stressed skin which doubles the rigidity of the overall structure.

This car is powered by a Mk2 Mazda MX5 1.8i engine with bespoke wiring and refinements to deliver 174bhp at 5800 rpm, an impressive 25% gain over the standard unit. With a gross weight in the region of 550kg this car will take you from 0-60 in just over 4.5 seconds.

Power : weight is nothing without the right set-up: this Zero has full double wishbone independent suspension (with adjustable shocks and springs) front and rear with a wide track giving great stability. The car has recently benefitted from a trip to the GBS factory where the geometry was professionally adjusted by the real experts to provide the perfect ride! The engine's mount position - set slightly further back in the chassis than similar kit cars - gives fantastic weight distribution and balance. When cornering the car has unbelievable levels of grip and balance in a very controlled and predictable manor giving the driver maximum confidence and enjoyment.

Whilst clearly at home of the track, this car can be used on the road year round. It comes with a pristine hood for all weather use, the cabin is fully carpeted and even boasts a stereo system. The black vinyl sports seats are fitted with TRS Motorsport race harnesses.
